Javier Pastore’s future uncertain at US Palermo despite three years remaining on the contract

Zamparini, has revealed that the future of the Argentine sensation is still undecided.
The President mentioned that Pastore has been linked with host of clubs but there has been no official word confirmed as yet. He praised the midfielder and called him an emerging star, adding that it would be extremely hard to replace such a talent. Previously,
Zamparini had told that there is no chance of the youngster leaving the club this summer. However, he had to change his comments after several clubs contacted Pastore’s agent.
Pastore joined the Serie A outfit in 2009 after spending a couple of years with Huracan. Since then, the 21-year-old has managed 69 League appearances from which he bagged 15 goals. He was also given the award for Serie A Young Footballer of the Year in
2010. The youngster has been in superb touch this season, having scored 11 goals from 34 Serie A appearances. He also made four assists.

Zamparini admitted that he was in no mood to sell the Argentine, though he admitted that a handsome bid in the region of 40-50 million Euros might force him to change his mind. The 69-year-old President confirmed that offers falling below that range would
not be entertained.
He concluded by saying, "As far as I am concerned he is not on the market though. He has three years left to run on his deal and I am ready to renew that, but if someone offers me a lot of money…"
