Jaw bone clicks- advice anybody??

Whenever i move my jaw to one side rapidly in a sudden movement my jaw bone clicks (it's a bit painful). The bone clicks right udner the cheekbone. Does this cause any harm at all? should i be worried about it?

  1. Go to an orthodontist.  I used to have that and it just turned out that I needed braces.  My jaw was slightly misaligned.  It was an easy fix.  They will also be able to tell if you do have TMJ.


  2. u mighta jus chewed too much really it can happen lol but rest ur gaw dont move it 4 a while

  3. You've got TMJ. I have it too. Look it up on WebMD. You will probably need to see a dentist.

  4. A chiropractor can put your neck and jaw alignment in place  

  5. It sounds like you might have a TMJ problem.  I would check it out with your doctor.
