Jazz Gibbo to shine at the Grade OR Gala Coral Maidens at Romford
The Grade OR Gala Coral Maidens are scheduled to take place on 24th February, 2012 at Romford.
6 hounds will be competing for a purse of £150 across a distance of 400 metres. The runners in this race are:
Jazz Gibbo,
Diesel Elsie,
Clarecastle Dub,
Millridge Hondo,
Libretto, and
Fabulous Africa.
Jazz Gibbo, the son of Westmead Hawk, out of Jazz Hurricane, finished in second place in his previous race.
He was defeated by Holloway Road, in The Romford Stadium Maidens, at Romford, on 3rd February, 2012. He lost by falling 1 length behind.
Diesel Elsie, trained by M. Fawsitt, is the daughter of Droopys Scolari, out of Sterling Bale.
She finished 5th in her last open race, The Grade OR London Road Sprint, at Romford, on 17th February, 2012.
Clarecastle Dub, the son of Killahan Phanter, out of Express Smasher, finished last in her previous race.
Trained by M. Wallis, Clarecastle Dub could not keep up with the other hounds and lagged behind, in the Grade OR Coral Romford Sprint, at Romford, on 10th February, 2012.
Millridge Hondo, trained by F.Lenton, has not been able to acquire a placed finish in the last race.
The son of Hondo Dingle, out of Bridge Electric, finished in 4th place, on 17th February, 2012, in the Grade OR London Road Maidens, which were held at Romford.
Libretto, daughter of Top Honcho, out of Quadrigo, finished her last race, the Grade A4 515M Flat race, in 5th place, which took place at Hove on 18th February, 2012.
Her trainer, K. Tester, is not pleased with her finishes in 5th place. He is hoping that she will be able to improve her performance and get to a higher position.
Fabulous Africa, daughter of Droopys Marco, out of Schofield Damsel, has not secured only a single first place finish this season, on the 18th of February.
She finished in 3rd place, on 3rd February, 2012, in the Grade A3 The Oliver Duffy-Swannell Stakes,at Peterborough where she was defeated by Killala Bound and Mardi Boy.
Her performance in the next race fell back as she stood in 4th place in the Grade A3 420M Flat race, which took place at the same venue, on 11th February, 2012.
Based on the recent performances of the hounds, the first place is likely to be achieved by
Jazz Gibbo.
Fabulous Africa is likely to finish in second place.
The third place finish may be acquired by Millridge Hondo.
