Jean Pascal - successful in proving himself the best
Jean Pascal has successfully attained the Light heavyweight boxing championship of World Boxing Council. The ring was well set and both the veteran rivals were eager to attack each other in the city of Montreal.
Jean Pascal and Chad Dawson are considered as the top fighters of boxing world in the Light Heavyweight ranking. So as it was already assumed, the bout was energetic and full of passion, as both the fighters seemed full of action like never before. At one time the fight was halted by the doctor in the eleventh round of the bout when the heads of Jean and Dawson collided accidently.  The collision of the heads of the two warriors caused a wound over Dawson’s eye, which made him even more frustrated and Dawson failed to keep his focus at the moment. That was a good sign for the champ opponent to attack even furiously and actively. Jean won the fight after a heart-throbbing clash with 108-101, 106-103 and 106-103 points.
The 27-years old Haitian French Canadian boxer, Jean Pascal is famous in assaulting fistful attacks and his speed and precision cannot be ignored. After winning the title, Jean has shown how lethal he could be and how committed he is in attaining his desired targets. He has won 26 matches out of his 27 games, which is a very vital proof of his calibre and sheer determination. After winning the amazing bout against the champ veteran Chad Dawson, Pascal expressed his views in a very confident way and said it was a very good bout for him, and he was very well aware of the his opponent’s negative and positive points. He added that he concentrated more over his speed and perfection, which helped him out a lot in the ring. Pascal added that Chad is not an easy opponent as he is considered to be one of the best as well. The 27-year-old veteran fighter said he was very confident about his skills, and he knew that if he could manage to keep his pace constant in the ring he would surely beat the opponent.
Boxing is a game which needs perfection, accuracy and a huge amount of pumping stamina. Pascal has proved that he is good in all the departments of the game, and no doubt he is very well aware of the tricks of the trade. While talking about his plan and stamina Pascal told the media that he was trying to wait for his right time, as he knew that his opponent was getting tired he kept his head and attacked at the right time and right moment. In the end he finished the match in a victorious way.
On the other hand American ace boxer Chad Dawson expressed his views disappointingly about the fight and said it was not a good day for him, as he has suffered a defeat for the first time in his career. It is to be remembered that this 28-year-old veteran fighter has fought thirty fights in his career and has lost just once. This was the first defeat that Dawson has ever faced during his remarkable 10 year career. While talking about the fight with Pascal, the dejected boxer said that it was a very good fight, as they gave their best to get over one another. Chad said that Pascal was attacking me furiously and his focus was to defend the assault. Later during the discussion he added that he is satisfied with the way he fought and would love to fight against Pascal again in a rematch.
Pascal most probably will fight another world-champ Montreal originated boxer Lucian Bute. Pascal is flying high with his confidence and fighting form and the fight against Bute will be an eye-candy for all the boxing lovers.
