Jeanry looks to bounce back from mishap The Racing UK handicap Hurdle could be Jeanry’s for the taking if there are no mishaps from claiming jockey Chris Timmons like last week. Timmons and Jeanry were five lengths clear of Monsieur when he appeared to drop his hands having passed the half-furlong marker. Subsequently the jockey was given a 28-day ban but returns to take the ride again before starting his suspension. He’s clearly well treated by the handicap running off the same mark and any reproduction of the form he showed at Bangor should make him a serious contender today. Consider that he won at Worcester before the race at Bangor and there is enough form to suggest even with this stronger opposition a win is on the cards. If Sir Du Bearn runs well on his first outing this season he could provide Paul Nicholls a winner in the Highflyer Bloodstock Four Years Old Novices' Chase. He won on his hurdling debut – on mud - in France and now takes to chasing for the first time. He looks built to chase and with Nicholls now training the horse, will command respect if jumping well. With the ground set to be on the soft side conditions could be in favour for the four-year-old.High Benefit could use her previous bumper experience to her benefit in the Anabel King Racing `National Hunt' Novices' Hurdle. She won her bumper debut at Haydock back in March and finished a respectable third in second bumper in April. If the mare jumps well she should put up a strong challenge to the field and could be one to watch if she does, as Menorah won this race last year.
