Jeff Ruby's?

Question

How hard is it to get a serving job at one of Jeff Ruby's Restaurants? What sort of things do they look for and how much experience do you need? I've been serving for five years and I'm a great server but I've never worked anywhere that high-end.

I dont know if I would recommend going in looking like a pirate (LOL).  You're right, they are pretty high end places.  I would suspect that with experience, if you present yourself well in the interview, that you would have a decent shot at being hired.  Thats just my feeling on it though, I have just dined at some of his places, I havent worked there.  But I do know Ive never had any pirate servers there.
