No, This 'new' song is called 'No more words' and it is sang by Endeverafter. His theme in TNA was called 'Modest' and it was sang by Jeff Hardy himself

The "new" theme is No More Words and the one he used in TNA was Modest. They are different. And I love the "new" song. =]
