How do you prove from the Bible that 1935 was the year that the selection to heaven stopped because it was filled?

I think the 144000 quota was filled a long time ago, but that's just my personal opinion, I do not really believe that those partaking of the unleavened bread and wine have been chosen by God to lead His people, because if they were, they would not have made so many mistakes along the way...

The Bible teaches that a minority will enter Heaven.  I'm hoping God's number for the minority is greater than mine, but the majority of humankind will go to h**l. (Matt. 7:13-21)

Impossible.

The bible puts no limit on heaven or those whom may be born again.

The only number mentioned is the 144k that come out of the Tribulation, that hasn't even happened yet.... however the JWs think those are the only ones to go to heaven, and that they have been filling positions for this since Jesus was on earth.

The bible in no way supports such doctrine.

You cant because it isnt true there will never be to many people in heaven if every one does good and become a christian then they will go to heaven read the holy bible thats the bible u need to read

Oh if it were only as simple as you claim.

Given the fact that the majority of those coming in were sure that they were NOT going to heaven, in fact had no desire to go to heaven (my grandmother was there by the way) it APPEARED that the heavenly calling was fulfilled.

Honey it also stopped in 1969 the year I was baptized of course I didn't know it stopped in 1935 or perhaps I wouldn't have been so motivated .It was in a Watchtower my neighbor brought over to me she was studying with them and very excited about what she had learned.I had studies in 1966 and this renewed my interest .I went on to baptism she went to California I don't know if she ever was baptized.That was because they were all suppose to go to a heavenly reward back then and when they reached more then the anointed amount of people 144,000 they came up with the other sheep not of this fold great crowd doctrine to accommodate new ones who would not have a heavenly hope.These other sheep and great crowd are simply gentile believers if someone would just read their bible without study aids.

If memory serves me right, there was an article in the Watchtower magazine a long time ago that said MOST of the 144,000 were chosen by 1935, not all.  They based it on the fact that the number of new people claiming to be part of the heavenly class drastically dropped after that year.
