  1. Faith is living my life according to the Creators will because I trust him. I trust him based on evidence. He has established a pattern of what he promises he keeps.

Whatever it may be that he asks of me, I do. Whatever he promises about my future, I believe.

    In full confidence.

  2. Jehovah's love and mercy and the fact that he allows each and every one of us to have a relationship with him.

My faith is the most important thing I have, everything else revolves around it. If there's anything Vot's gonna lose, her relationship with Jehovah's gotta be the very last thing.

    What JWs believe;

  3. Jesus said it best:

Mark 12:28 “Which commandment is first of all?” 29 Jesus answered: “The first is, ‘Hear, O Israel, Jehovah our God is one Jehovah, 30 and you must love Jehovah your God with your whole heart and with your whole soul and with your whole mind and with your whole strength.’ 31 The second is this, ‘You must love your neighbor as yourself.’ There is no other commandment greater than these.”

John 12:28 Father, glorify your name.” Therefore a voice came out of heaven: “I both glorified [it] and will glorify [it] again.”

    John 17:

3 This means everlasting life, their taking in knowledge of you, the only true God, and of the one whom you sent forth, Jesus Christ. 4 I have glorified you on the earth, having finished the work you have given me to do.

8  I came out as your representative, and they have believed that you sent me forth.

14 I have given your word to them, but the world has hated them, because they are no part of the world, just as I am no part of the world.

21 in order that they may all be one, just as you, Father, are in union with me and I am in union with you, that they also may be in union with us, in order that the world may believe that you sent me forth.

26 And I have made your name known to them and will make it known, in order that the love with which you loved me may be in them and I in union with them.”

  4. 1- My personal relationship with Jehovah God and his Son, the Lord Jesus Christ.

2- My faith is my ground of being.  It's what keeps me connected to both God and mankind.

  5. Hi there.

Unfortunately, the Jehovah Witness faith is a cult.  Most of them are the most loving, sincere people you will ever meet.  They will call themselves Christians.  However, there are differences between JWs and Christianity that are huge.

Probably the biggest difference is this:  JWs believe that Jesus Christ was not God.  They do not believe in the trinity (God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit).  They believe that Jesus was created as Michael the Archangel and is God's Son.  It's taught that He is our mediator to God (Jehovah).

Christians believe that Jesus is God.  "I am the Alpha and Omega, who is and was and who is to come, the Almighty."  (Revelation 1:8)

Look at Genesis 1:26.  It states, "Then God said, 'Let US make man in OUR image, according to OUR likeness; and let them rule over the fish of the sea...'"

Look at John 1:1.  The JW bible says, "In the beginning was the Word.  And the Word was with God and the Word was A God."

The Christian bible says, "In the beginning was the Word.  And the Word was with God and the Word was God."

Leaving that last "A" out before "God" is a huge issue.

Unfortunately, I have to run, so I'll make the rest of this quick.

JWs believe that ONLY 144,000 are going to heaven.  For the rest, they remain on the earth.  They call this group on earth, "A great multitude."  Read Revelation 1:9.  It says, "After these things I looked, and behold, a great multitude which no one could count, from every nation and all tribes and peoples and tongues, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, clothed in white robes, and palm branches were in their hands..."  They describe this group as being on earth, not in heaven.  Move forward to Revelation 19:1.  "After these things I heard something like a loud voice of a great multitude in HEAVEN..."

It seems me that that great multitude is standing before the throne of God IN HEAVEN!

I don't know about you, but I cannot wait to be in the presence of God (in all three forms) in heaven.  I strive to hear nothing more than, "Well done my good and faithful servant."  (Matthew 25:21).

Please look at these below links.  It will answer any questions to the fundamental differences between Jehovah's Witnesses and Christianity.

    God bless!

  6. hey, I'm not a jehovah witness (those people annoy me)

but faith to me is like you do something because you believe in God so much you know you'll make it through. like moses for example his mother had so much faith she put him in a basket in alligator infested waters and it floated down to the Pharaohs daughter ( and Pharaoh was killing baby's at this time) and of course she keep it and moses mother was ready to nurse so they hired her to nurse her own baby. amazing how God works.

  7. My personal relationship with Jehovah

    Everything in my life

  8. 1.That we (the people) are Witnesses as Jesus was,

    for the Kingdom of God.

That YHWH has a personal name.

    In English it's Jehovah.

That YHWH is the one true God,

besides Him there is no other.

When I first started my home Bible study with J's W's

the very 1st thing that seemed So prominent to me...was the Love. Love like I have never known in all my life.

Love of God. I had never known.

    2. My very soul, ultimately.

But, immediately, it is what keeps me grounded.

    It's an unshakable foundation.

I know that I'm coming out into the world

armed with the very truth of God's Word.

So in my life, wherever I am; whom ever I am with,

whatever I am doing...I live the best life possible.

    In this system of things.
