Jenn-air JJW9630CAS - double wall oven -door won't...

Question

The upper door on our Jenn-Air double wall oven does not close all the way, so the light stays on often and the heating is interrupted.
We have replaced the hinges (did not help) and have switched the doors (lower door with upper door) - it is still the upper door which does not close - any ideas!!!!!!
