And where can I get some botox to enhance unmentionable 'certain body parts'? Are the needles very expensive?

She is over rated, but that doesn't mean her children are fake. Give me a break. You get botox from a plastic surgeon. Did you know botox is short for botulism toxin? They inject your face with the same bacteria in rotten meat that gives you food poisoning and would kill you if you had too much in your system. It paralyzes the muscles so you can't form normal facial expressions.
