France midfielder has called upon the country’s fans to fully support Laurent Blanc’s men at Euro 2012
The Paris Saint-Germain player was unhappy over the crowd’s behaviour towards the players during France’s match against http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Estonia-c2894 which Le Bleus won 4-0 in the end. Menez scored final goal in that match but the 25-year-old barely celebrated, after the crowed
had booed players several times during the match.
While talking to L’Equipe, Menez expressed his displeasure over the behaviour of some supporters as he believes that in a tournament like Euros, supporters should get fully behind the team even if they are not playing well because fans support is a major
motivation for the player.
"I was happy with the goal, but not so much with the whistles in the stadium,"
"Even if it's part of the game, it is necessary to get behind the France team. Misplaced passes - it happens."
France defender Philippe Mexes has come under a lot of criticism within the French media. However, Menez has full faith in his teammate and expects that the AC Milan defender will rise to the occasion. Menez believes that the defender’s contribution will
be crucial in their opening game against England on June 11.
"I'm not worried about him (Mexes), as I know what he is capable of and they were only friendly matches. Great players, you always see them in big games. He will respond on Monday on the field.”

Jeremy Menez expressed his pleasure over representing http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/France-c2899 in Euros. It would be the first competition of such magnitude for the player and PSG man is really hoping for a good showing from him and the team.
