The Paris Saint-Germain winger is satisfied with his personal performance this season but feels that he needs to work on his finishing as he is not scoring as many goals as he should have
The 25-year-old has performed really well this season and has cemented his place in Carlo Ancelotti’s starting eleven. And the player is pleased with the way things are going for him at the moment.
Talking to club’s official website, the http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/France-c2899 international stated that he is doing well at the moment and the bosses at the club have shown faith in him, which he wants to repay with the kind of performance they want from him.
Menez added that there is still room for improvement and the player is working really hard as feels that he can still make a lot of progress. Talking about his lack of goals for Paris Saint-Germain, the Frenchman said that he is aware of the fact that he
hasn’t scored many goals this season and added that he is working really hard in that area.
"I know that in terms of my game, I can still make progress, especially in front of goal, with my finishing.”
The 25-year-old said that at PSG, he plays in a more advance role and he needs to score more goals to contribute more to the side.
“I know I'll get there. I play in a forward position and I consider myself an attacker; that's where I think I can make the biggest contribution to the side.”
Talking about http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Zlatan-Ibrahimovic-c38029, who has netted 17 goals in the Ligue 1 this season, Menez said that he and the Swede has a good chemistry between them they have a perfect understanding, both on and off the pitch.
The France international said that Paris Saint-Germain have recovered from their temporary slump in the form and the need is continue the fine work in order to achieve club’s objectives this season.
“With Ibrahimovic up front, we try to link up well, to help the team. We get along well both on and off the pitch and we're trying to perfect this understanding. So yes, it's going well."
