Jeremy Stenberg X Games 14 last night

Question

what the h**l happened.He did a backflip and he looks down at most likely the rear brake as Deegan said it.He dropped it and yelled and threw things.He kicked things in the back as he left the arena.Does anyone have info on what happened?

That was BS on his part.  My 12yr acts better than that.  I know he would have like to win but with an attitude like that he don't deserve the gold

Yeah, he's a "Professional" athlete and kids look up to him, and then he goes pullin that c**p.  It's something a child would do.  I don't have a problem with any of the Mulisha guys except for him.

I think his back brake broke and his thumb was hurting really bad. He could of still went but he didnt want to take the chance of crashing. I dont know why everyone is saying that he didnt deserve the medal because the way he acted **** you. He came that far into the competetion and something stupid like that **** his chances for gold up. If that was me I probably would of killed someone.

Being disappointed and having things go wrong whether it is in fmx, sx or mx, is all part of the sport.  These guys are in the public eye and cannot afford to act like spoilt children who missed out on the last piece of cake.  

Of course he has a right to be upset and disappointed but he should also be professional and keep it in check.  Whether he deserves a medal or not, I would not praise anyone for behaving badly especially someone who is looked up to by many younger fans.

I can also believe that many of the people who have answered this would react the same way, just by the wording of the answers.  Anger management classes may be in order for all.
