Jermain TAylor vs Carl Froch for WBC super middleweight Belt who wins?

I saw Carl Froch's last fight and he didn't impress me at all, especially considering that they guy he fought was 37 years old, only had 15 fights, and never faced anyone noteworthy.  Froch is a decent fighter, but I think that Jermain Taylor is much better and will win if this fight comes off.  Taylor has faced the MUCH better competition (Bernard Hopkins, Winky Wright, Cory Spinks, Kelly Pavlik) and I just think that he would show that he is the much better skilled fighter.  Plus, Taylor fought the Pavlik rematch at super middleweight and he looked good in that fight even though he lost.  I say that Taylor wins on points if this fight gets made.
