The out of favour West Indian fast bowler, Jerome Taylor, is keen to make an international return and revealed that he is working hard to regain the fitness required at the ultimate level of the game.
The 28-year-old burst into the scene of international cricket in 2003 and immediately cemented his place in the Caribbean side because of his ability to consistently bowl at good speeds. The right-arm bowler came to the limelight when he completed a hat-trick
against http://www.senore.com/Cricket/India-c750.
With more than 200 wickets in the international sport, http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Taylor-c92915 is one of the best fast bowlers produced by the Caribbean. Apart from his bowling skills, the cricketer from Jamaica is more than handy with the bat, which is proved by the Test century he has
under his name.
The talented cricketer however, is out of international cricket since last couple of years because of injury issues and his disputes with the http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Warriors-c861
against the will of WICB.
However, he has not given up on his international career as yet and the fast bowler is working extremely hard to return to full fitness before he starts playing domestic cricket in the islands once again.
"My main focus is to get fit and ready to play cricket. I'm doing work behind the scenes, so I just have to continue doing what I've been doing to make sure I reach the fitness level that is required," the fast bowler said.
http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Michael-Anthony-Holding-c75756, the legendary cricketer, slammed the Caribbean cricket authorities last month and stated that Taylor’s case should have been handled better.
The fast bowler also claimed that being an international cricketer he deserved better treatment from WICB and feels that lack of communication led to all the differences.
Taylor expressed, "I'm a player, so naturally I want to play cricket and if I'm not included I always want to know the reason I'm not included. It can be a bit frustrating when I think about the way some things were done and brought across (to me)."
