Help, my machine seems to have decided to sew in the wrong direction, and I dont know what to do.

I must have touched something. We have just moved house and I have lost the manual. I have a whole house to curtain and sewing in the wrong direction is making everything very difficult#

can anyone tell me how to sew so I can see what I am doing
