Jersey sizing for petite girl....?

I'm going to get my girlfriend one of those pink Eagles Jerseys, and of course, I'm lost on sizing. I've looked up the charts, etc, but I can't get a good enough answer from them.

She's really petite - 4'11" and 85ish lbs. I'm trying to decide if she needs a child size or a womens size, and which of each/either I should get for her.

I have purchased a women's jersey before, but that was for someone 9 inches taller, and 40-50 lbs heavier than my girlfriend. I think I got that girl a medium, and it fit her....

My gf normally wears small or extra small (or size 0 if it's going by numbers) when shes buying womens clothing, but she will typically fit in youth sizes too. I think a small in womens would be huge on her since it is for sizes 4-6, and I definitely want it to fit tight because I know she wouldn't wear it if it didn't fit her tight.

i think a youth large or extra large will suit just fine. i am a similar build, but slightly taller, and girls our size look way better in jerseys when theyre fitted, instead of really loose like guys'. hope this helps!
