The Spain U19 star revealed that Jose Mourinho trusts Real Madrid youth academy graduates and he always has the option of calling them up to the first team.

Continuing on the topic, the European Championship’s top scorer revealed that Jose Mourinho is aware off the quality individuals in the reserve team and remarked that he is keeping his fingers crossed about his first team chances.
"Real Madrid Castilla is my team at the moment. I'm happy that we'll play in the Segunda Division, because that'll be an extra challenge," Jese was quoted as saying by Madrid based Spanish sports daily, Marca.
“However, Mourinho knows that there's plenty of quality in the Cantera, and he can call upon us any time he wants."
When quizzed about how it feels to lead your country to top honours feels like, Rodriguez shared that it shows that he is putting in good work and added that he wants to continue his footballing development to earn a first team sport.
Continuing on the subject, Rodriguez commented that he believes after winning the European Championship in his age category, he will be welcomed in the dressing room and his stature will definitely have changed after his latest accomplishment.
"When I get back to my club I want to continue improving day by day. I know that when I do get back, though, that my team-mates will look on me differently as is always the case when you win tournaments like this."
Nineteen year old Rodriguez has a short span of time at his disposal as his contract with the Capital club is set to expire at the end of the season, he has yet to hit the back of the net from his two first team appearances.
