If God = Father, Son, Holy Ghost,

then Jesus is saying, "Believe in Father, Son, Holy Ghost, and also believe in me, the Son."

A bit redundant, is it not?

  1. because Jesus is the son Of God and its 3 in one....God ,Jesus, and The Holy spirit.

    all three in one ! :D

  2. People aren't even addressing whats being said here. Why does Jesus say put faith in God and in Him. If God is the Father, Son and Holy Spirit, then he wouldn't have said also in me.

    Put faith in: The Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit.

    Also, in: the Son.

    If Jesus was God, he wouldn't have said also in me.

    Trinity = false.

  3. If Jesus was God, it wouldn't say ALSO.

  4. he wants you to believe in the three parts of the trinity, but also to believe that he is the son of god. the first part of the sentence means believe in the forms of god,period. the second part means believe that he is part of god

  5. Why don't you keep reading?

    "If ye had known me, ye should have known my Father also: and from henceforth ye know him, and have seen him.

    Philip saith unto him, Lord, show us the Father, and it sufficeth us.

    Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he that hat seen me hat seen the Father; and how sayest thou then, Show us the Father?

    If You believe in God, you believe in Jesus.

    If You deny Jesus, you deny God.

    Jesus is God!
