Jet-lag people HELP!!!!!!?

well i moved to europe and theres a 9 hour difference i dont wanna take any pills or anything though any tips to help??

  1. just try to stay up fro one day and for the next part youll be sleeping good and and ur sleeping pattern will be normal! or you can do the opposite and try to sleep during the day(drain out ur energy so youll be tired so u van sleep durring the day)

    and youll only have to do one of these for on day and youll be fine!


  2. It'll be gone in a few days.  Just force yourself to stay up until 10pm local time.  Get a lot of sunshine.  Drink caffeine if you need to.  No sleeping in, and no naps!
