I am going to Czech ( a country right by Germany) next week... I live on the west side of the USA (like Pacific time) so.. the time change is 9 hours, and it will take 14 hours to get there. How bad will my jet lag be? I will get there at 11am, and i am going to try to stay up at least till 7pm.. when I get there, so I will get used to the time. So how bad will my jet lag be>??

  1. bad but adrenalin kicks in for the first day so a 7pm finish will be fine

  2. I find going east always gives me worse jet lags than going west....  I usually try to stay up for the rest of the 'day' and go to bed at night (of the new time zone)...

I personally need 2-3 days to fully adjust to the new time...

so I assume you'll be pretty beat by the time you get to Prague... it's a long way to go from the west coast to Europe....

enjoy the CR, you'll have a great time.
