Jet my honda 400ex new fmf exhaust?

I bought a fmf exhaust how do i jet my 400ex for the new exhaust i bought a jet kit too

if all else is stock, this exhaust and with an aftermarket air filter you will want to go 2 sizes bigger on the main jet to start with and one size bigger on the pilot jet. you may have to go one more size bigger on the main jet. most of the time with this setup it will just be 2 sizes bigger.

if you have any other mods' this will not apply.
