Jet skiis and Fuel?

Question

Does a jet ski usually use 1 tank of gas per hour? I'm looking into a 97' kawaski STX900. I was curious as to how long you have to ride on it before it needs refueling again. thanks!

The kawi 900 STX typically can go for 3.5 hrs when cruising at speeds around 35 mph  with a full tank.  Operating at W.O.T. ( wide open throttle ) will cut that time down to about an hour if you keep it at maximum speed the entire time.
