  1. You need to think like the Italians, you need to go to bed earlier so you become accustom to the time change,  You need to know ahead of time what the climate is there, kinds of foods they eat, be outside a little each day (sunlight helps) try to sleep and eat on local time! I have listed a list of symptoms of Jet lag: so know you know ahead of time what symptoms to try and avoid! The best thing to do is be going to bed earlier and to try and sleep on the plane. That will help

    constipation

    clammy sweat

    diarrhea

    insecurity

    lightheadedness

    nausea

    reactions to drugs

    sore throat

    susceptibility to illness

    swollen feet

    disorientation

    dry cough

    dry eyes

    dry skin

    ear ache

    fatigue

    headache

    impaired coordination

    irritability

  2. pretend like your in italy already.  are they sleeping there or what. do whatever they do
