Jetta speakers?

Question

Can anyone tell me what speakers I should get for my 1998 Jetta? It has a JVC KD LH-1100 head unit in it that I CANNOT change bass and I would like some throughout my car so which speakers are best? The Doors and Rear Deck are all 6 3/4" I believe and some 6.5" may fit. Please Help!

any who... i would recommend you looking into some components for a better sound quality. they have one speaker dedicated to low-mid bass , a tweeter, and a cross over. these all come in pairs.

check this site, ive used it for alot of builds.

one of the best brands are MB Quart. they are capable of getting very loud, have good bass, and still remain very clear. plus, they are not too expensive.

i own a 02 jetta and thats what i have on it currently, with an amplifier too.

You can try circuitcity.com and they will tell you what will fit in your jetta online. I had a 00 Jetta and was going to put Infinity or jbl component speakers in it. CC runs buy one get 1/2 off second set and their install is reasonable. They also have reviews on their goodies. You can get stuff reasonable on ebay. mb quartz are awesome, but they are pretty pricey. Unless you are going all out, try Infinity, JBL, MTX etc. They get excellent reviews and cost half as much.
