Whitehall Jewelers is going bankrupt and i bought my engagement ring there less then a year ago. It has a bunch of tiny diamond in it that always seem to fall out. They have always been really good about replacing them, but now they will not replace them because of closing. Is there anything i can do?

  1. Find a competent jeweler who will make sure you stop losing stones out of the ring.  That shouldn't be happening.

Perhaps this is why this jeweler is going bankrupt - making poor quality jewelery and having to give away tiny diamonds and labor constantly.

    Good luck to you.

  2. Ask the Whitehall jeweler if he recommends another jeweler.  You may want to have your whole ring redone.  Tiny diamonds are hard to set.

  3. Because there going bankrupt, try not going back there.

and maybe search for a new jeweler, if you keep the diamonds take it to someone, and they would be happy to put them in, if you don't keep them, you probably have to pay for them. you can always complain to the owner, but in a nice way because he/she is going threw a tough time.

    hope i helped !

  4. Take the ring to another Jeweller I guess.
