I would love it if someone would explain to me how to make that. first how do you get all that stuff in the clear heart like that?

and how to make the mushroom?

You could make the mushroom out of polymer clay.  They look to me like they are made out of small objects, glitter that are placed in a heartshaped mold and then covered with some kind of clear acrylic.

Plastic casting supplies are available at craft shops like Michael's. They have instruction books, too.

If you check out Youtube, there are lots of videos on making resin jewelry like those pieces.

Basically, you get molds, mix the resin, pour a little in the molds, add the objects, and then fill the mold with more resin. Allow it to harden and you're done.

Resin jewelry looks like LOTS of fun, but it is also a great deal of work. So do plenty of research before you run out and buy materials.
