Jewels of India?

II am looking to buy a huge gemstone from India. The only problem is that the gem is only like $50. I have looked at there feedback (ebay) and they have no negative feedback just about 2000 positive scores. Has anyone had any experience buying from BellojewelsIndia? If so please let me know if I am getting a huge deal or a let down.

  1. I have had personal experiences of buying jewelery from this shop because my cousin-sister's entire jewelery for her wedding was from there. They have great customer service and their prices are reasonable. Another awesome great thing about them is that they have these amazing pieces of jewelery that are so unique and rare. The variety and collection of jewelery they offer is also great!

  2. Potential buyer:

I cannot tell you anything about buying  from that site. A query done on the website registry indicates the site expires May 21 12:55:26 2008.

They have no negative feedback on consumer reports and review.

After a visit to that site; I can tell you from my amateur point of view on gemstones that $50 is too little for some of those they advertise.

100-500 ct Brazillian Emeralds will cost more than $50... for example. Even if they are low grade.

Cuts from a 100 ct(carat) can be used in smaller settings.

You may be getting a let down.

  3. If all feedback is positive then they must be doin' something right, also they are powersellers, so they are trusted members of the eBay community.

  4. Sorry ant help ya

  5. i will suggest look for something else....

  6. dont buy gem stone kind of jewerly in india just buy gold they have good gold there.........oh yeah i know this cause i am from there go to kerela, bangalore whichm is in india lot of gold shops ther

  7. If the gem is just 50 bucks it might be because the gem is not as rare as say-an emerald, ruby, or diamond. I wish you specified what "gem" you are buying. A large chunk of amethyst or citrine for 50 is the price they would be for that size- they both are types of quartz, It also depends on the quality of the gem.
