Question:

Jewish food at Wal*Mart ?

I have shopped at a dozen or so different supermarkets in my area and all of them have carried at least a small selection of "Jewish foods" even if it was only matzoh.

There are three Wal*Mart super centers in the area with large grocery sections and NONE of them have ANY "Jewish" foods. They have all kinds of other unusual ethnic foods that I would have never thought of seeing in our stodgy New Hampshire communities, but NO "Jewish" items.

Here is my questions

- Does your local Wal*Mart supercenter carry "Jewish" food items ( i.e. Matzoh, gefilte fish in jars,)

-Do other supermarkets in your area carry "Jewish" foods

-Where are you answering from (city and state please)

All the supermarkets in my area carry at least a small kosher section, the walmart has 2 small sections (one i believe is by the seasonal and has passover approved goodies...even jelly rings!  Walmart probably has the least,  a grocery store called "Giant Eagle" though (the big local chain) usually has a fairly large Kosher section probably close to a half an aisle (one side)  however we do have a decent jewish population here in Pittsburgh PA
