Jewish people can I ask a favour?

Any info on traditional Jewish ways of raising your kids would be really appreciated. Like what age do you start teaching them to memorise the Torah? How do you discipline? How do you teach them to worship? ETC

Go to www.urj.org and there you will find all of your answers. It's the Union for Reform Judaism's website.And just so you know, we're not taught to memorize the Torah. I think you meant to say, when are kids taught how to read and understand Hebrew.

You might also want to ask this over at Religion & Spirituality.  Be prepared for some snarky answers - there are some very sarcastic people there - but there are also some very knowledgeable people who are usually willing to help.

Just make it clear in your question that you're working on a research project but are having trouble finding information, any help they could give you from what they do in their own families or sites to research would be very appreciated.
