  1. Your biggest risk, short term, is the cops.  They love to pull over teenagers, even when they're not drinking and doing Mr. Sniffy, just to see what they can bust them for.

So if you want to do seriously illegal things, why give the cops an edge?

Smarten up and stay out of jail.

  2. If you are the owner or in charge of the vehicle then you are responsible for any one in that vehicle

  3. Let me put it to you plain & simple!!!!  There was an open container in your carton.......period. If I was you, I'd be picky as to who I let in my car.

  4. that you'd both be put in jail...................

  5. In order,  that your friend would OD or sieze cause you to have an crash killing both of you or worse someone else.

If don't get into a crash, but get stopped by an officer, you would BOTH be arrested, your car would be inpounded and taken in RICO because of the drugs, you friend would end up in jail, your parents. . . welll we won't go there and you could go to jail for just being around him and his drugs.

If you get away with it you will get the idea that you can do it again and one of these days you will either get caught, kill or injuer yourself or friend or someone innocent.

Not great options, teens are the greatest risk of fatalities especially between 15-17 because of there reasoning abilities and inexperience.

Don't become one of my statistics.

  6. Don't drink and drive. You might spill some.

  7. Minors with alcohol,   open container in the vehicle.    Depends on the law in your area,  but caught here and you don't get a license again until 21,   your friend and maybe you go to court on the open container and minor possession.     Big fines,  community service,  loss of driving privileges.

Remember this song?     "Bump,  bump,  bump,   another rides the bus....."

    I do love Weird AL.

  8. Hopefully the police will pull you over, get you both off the road and both in jail....

  9. ok your not drinking and your friend is you are pulled over your friend goes to jail your car is reposedded and then sold(you just lost your car and everything in it no money for you) and you will also go to jail for possesion of alchol

keep the drinking to around the bonfire

    goodluck

  10. What is the biggest risk? Killing someone else! Then killing yourself!

So what if you're not drinking? How would you feel if you were in a car accident that killed a child? Or a entire family? Or the parents?

I know kids are going to drink no matter what some "dumb" adult says...but please, please, do it in a safe location. If you want to kill yourself drinking, go ahead! Please don't get into a car if you have been drinking or with someone who has been drinking.

I know at 17 that you know everything. I sure did when I was 17. Trust me, you will grow up, mature, and realize that you did not know it all, and you never will. You will grow up and say to yourself, "wow, I cant believe we did that and lived"...

Please dont drink and drive. My kids and I are on the road with you.
