Well my mom has an extra tix to the Jimmy Buffett concert tmm and i said i wod like to go (i am a huge Jimmy Buffett fan) and she said tht it wod be fine so for the past 2 weeks ive been planning on going and just this morning she says i cant go because tht her friends dont want any kids there but my mom really wants to bring me and i REALLY want to go but she said she doesnt want to risk her friendship. and its not like i wod be hanging around with them i wod be walking around by myself. So my mom says she will bring me next year but she said tht last year and i know she feels really bad lying to me like tht but do u think a 15 year old is mature enough for a JB concert and if so how could my mom explain tht to her friends?

  1. yes i went to a concert to see tim mcgraw when i was 15 . went with my friend and her bf . ur mother shouldnt put friends before her child i think that its stupid if it would hurt there friendship

  2. A Buffett show is a must see! If you are a fan (even though you are young) you have to go. Why can't you go with your mom and just you and her hang out? Her friends do not want you there because then they will feel like they have to behave (somewhat) and there really is not a whole lot of behaving going on in the parking lot! I think I went to my first Buffett show when I was 16 and I have not missed one since! (I'm 31 now) If it ruins her friendship, so be it. You two will have a great time together!

Besides, you never know if he will even tour again next year.
