He met with Fidel Castro as an x-president, met with Hamas as an x-president, speaks out against the US and our standing president to the Germans and French, does he maybe hate this country as much as the Liberals do? While President his most notable accomplishment was to get the interest rates to their highest level in history, 17%+, I hope these uninformed kids that are voting today know these facts.

  1. Anyone who thinks Bush is the worst ever is out of their minds, and does not know what they are talking about.

Want to talk about a bad economy? Stagflation under the carter administration.

Want to talk about lies? The whole mess with Iran under the Carter administration.

And yes, I dont know why anyone even bothers to listen to him anymore.

  2. Yeah, Nobel Peace Prize winners are such a pock on our society.

  3. Wrong on both counts

  4. Compared to Nixon, Bush, Hoover, even Taft?

Warning us about Energy problems to come?

Doing Humanitarian efforts after his term is over?

  5. what an odd thing to say

Under Bush the US became a torure-camp running country, guilty of kidnapping children and sexually abusing them in their camps.

Under Bush the US has committed mass murder on a scale not seen since World War 2, and done this solely based on his lies.

And you really think Carter was a worse person?

Do you cheer on Hitler as well?

  6. For worst President ever I would have to call it a four way tie

    LBJ,Carter,Nixon and Hoover

    " nobel peace prize winners"

    You mean like Yassir Arafat?

  7. He is working selflessly on building homes for the people who are on lower incomes and can't afford homes already built.  So they all put in hours of labor and a home is built and they have lower  mortgages.  He is with Habit for Humanity and does a wonderful job.  He gives speeches and he has written about 20 something books on various subjects.  He is a man of values and gives back for all he has received in his life.  A good example for all.

  8. Jimmy has one thing in common with Obama. Hamas seems to respect them both.

  9. Talk about uninformed, let this kid edify you:  Stagflation started in the Nixon Administration and he even instituted price controls in order to try to get inflation under control.  When Nixon resigned President Ford likewise had the inflation and unemployment problems on his hands and trotted out a "Whip Inflation Now" campaign, which failed miserably.  So, inflation, or actually stagflation was already firmly in place when President Carter took office.  The worst President in the history of the country?  Not a chance.  However, the present occupant of the White House is a prime candidate for that designation.  Besides making the worst strategic blunder in the history of the nation with his military adventure in Iraq, he has even managed to bring back stagflation, rising unemployment and a national malaise.  Quite an accomplishment, don't you  think?

  10. No, Dubya will be the worst ex-president.

  11. You are wrong. George W Bush is much worse.

  12. You are only correct if you believe history began in  1975 and you don't count Bush,   think Bush       and this country are the same thing,   that talking to people you disagree with is evil and that it is the president not the Fed that controls the money supply and inflation.

I am puzzled why you think Carter is important for the upcoming election. He left office 28 yeas ago.

  13. Thankfully Reagan came along and pulled us out of the mess that the democrat made.

  14. You are WRONG WRONG WRONG.  Ronald Regan was the WORST

President EVER!!!  He promised on National TV that EVERY AMERICAN that wants a JOB will have one!  HA.  Where's my JOB

Ronny?  LOL  I have been unemployed 28+ years now and I have looked and looked and looked for a job.  He is and always will be the

    WORST President AND ex-President.

  15. Yes, he was the worst President in history, and the US is still paying for his missteps.

The aftermath of Jimmy Carter's Iran policy debacle is still present today. The lives lost, as a result of his incompetence in dealing with Iran before, during and after the Islamic Revolution is far greater than the current turmoil in Iraq. Considering the support insurgents groups in Iraq as well as terrorist organizations such as Hamas and Hezbollah get from Iran, Carter's mistakes as President are still costing lives all over the Middle East.

Maybe it's an Iranian supplied artillery shell used by Hezbollah to attack Israel. Or an Iraqi insurgent trained by Iran to make bombs. We must not forget the seemingly endless supply of suicide bombers in Osama Bin Laden's, Al Qeada network. The fact is that these murderers and countless others like them exist today, not because George Bush made mistakes in Iraq, but because Jimmy Carter failed in Iran as well as turning U.S. foreign policy into a doormat for anyone to step on.

  16. Wrong, Hoover was the worst ever. Hoovervilles anyone?

  17. Carter was bad and is still a joke, but FDR and his entitlement c**p ruined us.
