Jimmy-Floyd Hasselbaink thinks Guus Hiddink would be best choice for next Chelsea manager
Jimmy-Floyd Hasselbaink, the former Chelsea and http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Netherlands-c753 striker, revealed he felt that fellow countryman Guus Hiddink would make a suitable replacement for former Blues boss Carlo Ancelotti.

Hasselbaink, who played for the Blues from 2000 to 2004, said that Hiddink seemed like the obvious replacement, having already had a short successful term with the Blues in 2009.

Considering that he only had about three months in charge at Stamford Bridge, Hiddink did an amazing job.
Hasselbaink said while speaking to reporters:
“I know him very well. He was the one that gave me my first cap for Holland.
He is a very intelligent football man and a very good football man.
He has already been here at Chelsea and was a success, so I can understand him being the favourite
Guus has already proved himself, he has already been here.
That would be an easy one I think.”
The Chelsea supporters wanted him to be made permanent for the next season, but Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich decided to bring in Ancelotti.
The Italian manager did very well in his first season, becoming the first foreign manager to win the English Premier League and FA Cup double in his first season at the club.
However, his failure to win any silverware this season led to his sacking, once again leaving the Blues without a manager.
Ancelotti became Chelsea’s sixth manager in nine years since the Russian billionaire took over the London side in 2003.
Currently Harry Redknapp, Pep Guardiola, Jose Mourinho, Andres Villas Boas, Marco van Basten and Marcello Lippi have been linked with a move to Chelsea for the manager’s post.
Hasselbaink did not think any of the other candidates would suit the London side, insisting Hiddink was the man for the job.
He revealed he knew the manager personally, with Hiddink having managed the player in the Netherlands national team in the 1998 season.
Hasselbaink made his debut in 1998 under Hiddink, going on to play until 2002. He made a http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Total-c40747 of 23 appearances and scored nine goals.
The striker arrived at Stamford Bridge in the summer of 2000 from La Liga side Atletico Madrid for a fee of £15 million.
He helped his side claim the FA Community Shield in his first season at the club, going on to make 40 appearances and score 25 goals.
During his four years at the club, the Dutch striker made a total of 176 appearances in all competitions, scoring 87 goals.
