Jimmy ‘Rollin’ back to health with a new perspective

Jimmy Rollins has been on the path to recovery for a good long time now. The Philadelphia Phillies player has been looking to regain his form and for that, he’s looking at new ways to can bring himself back to a strong contributing position. The short-stop
hitter has been taking part in other activities at the moment and it’s his club that has been deriving many benefits from his recent publicity activities.
Rollins has been to a radio station for an interview and on another occasion he’s gone to the Citizens Bank Park to set up a Christmas tree. The player was promoting his side in selling out six – game tickets around the community. With a quote being directed
to a flip camera, Jimmy says out, "I'm working on my six-pack. You can get yours at phillies.com."
The Phillies have done wonders with Rollins on the front of the camera and it shows there is a strong audience out there in the city. Jimmy’s role has recently become important again and it comes with a great responsibility to lead his side to victory in
every game leading up to the postseason. Jayson Werth proved to be the focal point of that focus but now Rollins will be back in the roster to steer some victories home.
Rollins made a few comments on his new approach to regaining his form. He said, "Because I believe in me," he said. "If I don't believe in me, I might as well quit."
Jimmy plans to head over to the IMG Academics for a workout regiment before the spring training and he plans to do better in 2011 when his role takes to a new height. "It's just something to do instead of being bored, going to the ballpark every single day,"
he said.
"That's my yoga instructor," is what Rollins said about his wife, who owns a fitness club, titled, Balance in Chestnut Hill. For a person who never tried Yoga before, the change in his workout plan came this season.
On Yoga, Rollins said, "Stretching is boring, but if you're doing yoga, it doesn't seem like you're just sitting there stretching. Plus, just working with the trainers, I need to be doing more active stretching. Yoga is a form of active stretching as opposed
to just sitting there, leg up, leg down. That's the way for me."
