Jiraiya's giant scroll?

Can anyone tell me what is written in jiraiya's scroll and where did you find it out

Well their are 2 big scrolls that belonged to Jiriya. One is the scroll of all the people who can summon frogs... the other one is still a secret... all we know is that is that it is now Narutos and the last time Jiraiya just turned the top something really bad happened.

the scroll contains the names signed in blood of all those who have sealed a pact with the frogs and so can summon gamma bunta.  these include the fourth hokage, jiraiya and naruto
