Jiri Tlusty NHL 08 Question?

Ok, In My NHL 08 Roster Jiri Tlusty is not their. I asked my self why? He is not in Toronto Marlies or The Toronto Maple leafs..I want to trade him to Pittsburgh Penguins but he ain't there! So does any1 know why he is not their, i mean Tlusty played in the Real NHL in the Toronto Marlies at the start of the NHL 08 Season. THX
