Jnrv university it is valid for imigration?

  i taken graduation from rajasthan vidhya peet university in the year 2007 from study centre bangalore............. know i having following doubts

1 is it geniue

2 we can apply for govt jobs in our state also is it valid r not

3 still i am not recieved convocation & migration certificates.

Please clear the follwing doubts

if any university with UGC approval is valid for immigration then this univ is valid ...
