Midfield duo Mario Gotze and http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Toni-Kroos-c35425 has received praise from German national team manager Joachim Low for their professional attitude.
With the German national team preparing for the upcoming Euro 2012 in http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Ukraine-c3032, manager Joachim Low has showered praise on Mario Gotze and Toni Kroos.
The midfield duo made their http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Germany-c2904 debut in 2010 and since then, they have been first-team regulars for their country. Low insisted that the youngsters are aware of the work ethics, which is the sole reason behind their success
at international and the club level.
The DFB-Eleven manager reckons that Gotze and Kroos could play a major role in the upcoming Euro campaign.
He was full of praise for their recent performances with their respective clubs, and has wished them success for the remainder of their careers.
While talking to FR-online.de, the manager stated:
"He [Gotze] has had to handle a huge lot in a year: for example in the http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Brazil-c2858 game, he was outstanding, and was praised - but I saw him as modest afterwards. He is constantly asking question about where his faults were. Toni Kroos
is also a good example.”
"Many young players go through such situations, and you have to see who can come out on his own path, who can eliminate the unimportant things, surround himself with the right people, and focus completely on football." He added.
Gotze made his national team debut against http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Sweden-c3015 in November 2010, and scored his first goal for the country against Brazil in August earlier this year. The attacker has made 12 appearances for the DFB-Eleven thus far, bagging
two goals in return.
On the other hand, Kroos made his debut against http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Argentina-c2841 in March 2010, and has impressed everyone with his attacking instincts. He scored his first Germany goal against Poland in the recently concluded Euro 2012 qualifying campaign.
The Bayern Munich midfielder has replaced the former skipper, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Michael-Ballack-c25270, in the national team.
The duo will be back in action later in January when the Bundesliga resumes after the ongoing winter break.
