Joachim Low insists Euro 2012 is not only about Spain and Germany- Euro 2012 news
German national team manager Joachim Low has insisted that Euro 2012 will not only be about Spain and Germany. He claimed that there are many more teams that can potentially challenge for the title and that the Germans are not
the favourites to win it.
The manager added that teams like Netherlands, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/France-c2899 are huge threats and if his side wants to lift the trophy, there will be many hurdles in the way. He added that although his side have been in great form, the pressure
will be huge in the tournament.
Die Mannschaft have had a perfect Euro 2012 qualifying campaign and have won all the ten games played. They lead the Group-A with 30 points and have qualified for next year’s competition in http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Poland-c2983. Their most recent
win came against http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Belgium-c2850 at the Esprit Arena in Dusseldorf when they secured three points with a 3-1 score-line.
Low insisted that Germany and Spain cannot be deemed favourites for next year’s competition as many teams have shown in the qualifying round that they can challenge for the title.
The boss stated that there is the Netherlands team which has won nine out of the ten matches played whereas the Three Lions also have some world-class players in their ranks. He admitted that the team will face many hurdles and
it will not be an easy journey in the European Championships.
“There is no certainty that it will all be just Germany and http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Spain-c3011 during the tournament. The Netherlands, England and France are also among the favourites. We will have to clear many hurdles, not just Spain,” Die Mannschaft manager
was quoted as saying in an interview.

in Bremen.
