The German national team manager has been linked with a Premier League move following the sacking of Andre Villas-Boas.
http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Germany-c2904 national team manager, Joachim Low, is reportedly linked with vacant job at Chelsea following the departure of Andre Villas-Boas. Low is currently under contract with Die Mannschaft until 2014 and it is highly unlikely
that he will leave his current http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Job-c18684. Barcelona’s Josep Guardiola and Real Madrid’s Jose Mourinho have also been linked with the same job.
Low is currently in Geneva for some commercial obligations where he is reported to have met http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/VfB-Stuttgart-c40879 boss discussed terms of a possible deal at Stamford
Bridge from next season onwards.
The manager also specified that he wishes to win the upcoming European championship in http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Ukraine-c3032 which starts in three months time. He insisted that it is certain that nothing will prompt him to part ways with the DFB-Eleven
as he is also looking forward to the 2014 FIFA World Cup in http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Brazil-c2858.
While talking to a German newspaper, Bild, Low further added: "I have a contract as national team coach until 2014. The European Championships start in three months and everyone knows my goal. I see no reason for me to comment
on media speculation."
Chelsea recently sacked the former http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/FC-Porto-c39186 boss after hiring him prior to the start of this season. Boas failed to impress the Stamford Bridge officials and the team’s recent loss to West Bromwich Albion last weekend made things
worse for the 34-year-old.
On the other hand, Low is unlikely to fill the vacancy in London which means that former Chelsea boss, Jose Mourinho, might reunite with his former employers. Mourinho is currently managing Real Madrid, who are all set to lift
the La Liga crown.
Low has so far had a successful stint with Germany where he helped them to finish third in the 2010 FIFA World Cup in http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/South-Africa-c757. Germany also stayed unbeaten throughout the entire last year under their current manager and are
one of the hot favourites to win this year’s European crown.
