The Ex-Barcelona supremo has praised http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Zlatan-Ibrahimovic-c38029 for his goal-scoring abilities and stated that Paris Saint-Germain has signed one of the best forwards in the world
Zlatan Ibrahimovic has proven to be a goal-scoring sensation since his arrival at Paris Saint-Germain. The forward has been praised by former http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Sweden-c3015 international.
The 31-year-old has been a prolific goal-scorer since the start of the 2012/13 campaign for Les Parisiens. The forward has scored 18 goals in the first-half of the season, and seems determined to score more. The striker has helped his side in staying at
top of the Ligue 1 table with his impressive displays.
Joan Laporta, the former Barcelona supremo believes that the Swede is a great professional and fantastic football player. The Spaniard defended his decision to sign the player in the first place, despite his troublesome tenure at the Camp Nou. He said:
“Paris has signed a great professional. I am well placed to talk about Ibra because I signed him [for Barcelona].”
The Catalonia-based politician believes that the former Inter Milan forward has proven his mettle all around the world. Laporta believes that the player is determined to win trophies wherever he goes, something that hasn’t ceased despite his increasing age.
The 50-year-old said:
“He is a winner, he showed this in http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Italy-c2926 and at all the clubs where he played. But more importantly, Ibra is a great scorer.”
Ibrahimovic formerly played for FC Barcelona and was the second-most expensive transfer in the history of football back then. The player had a successful stint with the Blaugrana, scoring 16 goals in 29 appearances. However, the forward fell out of favour
with the coach, Pep Guardiola, and eventually moved to AC Milan after spending just one season with the Catalonia giants.
The Swedish international then plied his trade in the Serie A, helping the Rossoneri win the Serie A title. The seven-time Gulbollen winner has won straight eight league titles in three different countries with five different clubs, a feat that hasn’t been
achieved by any other player in the world.
