Joaquin faces three weeks out after an injury
Malaga have officially announced on their website that their star player Joaquin will be out for three weeks after an injury which he picked up during training.
The Spaniard missed the game against http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Racing-c40298 Santander which Malaga won. Since then, the Malaga man has not trained with the club and he is definitely being missed in the first team.
Joaquin did not play against Racing Santander but Malaga were still able to impress. While competing in the Spanish La Liga, the cash-rich Malaga were able to win 3-1 against Santander.
Since missing out on that game, Joaquin has gone through a couple of medical scans and he has not trained with the first team.
The club doctors examined the Malaga star on Wednesday and the scans done by them revealed that Joaquin has suffered an injury to his right quadriceps. The club doctors were also able to identify the level of the injury and they have told the club that the
player will recover in at least three weeks time.
The 30-year old Malaga star is now going to be missing out on two very important fixtures in the Spanish La Liga.
Malaga are a team trying to make a name for itself in the Spanish La Liga. They are trying hard to topple the top two teams – http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Barcelona-c38604 and Real Madrid. However, the task is not going to be easy and they are going to require a lot of star players in order
to beat these two Spanish Giants.
With the former http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Valencia-c40863 man not making a full recovery any time soon, he will be sidelined for the fixtures against Villarreal and Real Sociedad. The game against Sociedad might not worry the coach but he definitely would have liked Joaquin’s inclusion
in the squad as they face Villarreal.
The Yellow Submarine are going to be a tough opposition as they are considered to be one of the top teams in La Liga.
Joaquin is now expected to return to full training by December 11th when Malaga will be facing Osasuna.
http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Julio-c19950 Baptista is also out for Malaga and Joaquin’s name has just been added to Malaga’s injury list. Malaga are currently fifth and these injuries might make them slip a place or two in the future.
