  1. I would suggest looking in the want ads or maybe even your Career Placement office at your school.  You probably paid a lot of money for tuition there, so they owe it to you to help you, and make sure that they do, because you are entitled to it.  They will do things like helping you with your resume, cover letter, and even mock interviews.

you might also want to try looking outside of your local area for jobs.  But stay away from sites like monster.com, careerbuilder.com or Yahoo HotJobs, they are not very good sites - trust me, I know, a lot of fly-by-night companies advertise there

and don't fall for these 'work from home and make millions' ads either - if it seems too good to be true, it probably is

and congratulations on your degree, that's quite an accomplishment

  2. Indeed.com is a great resource for job searching because it pulls in jobs from most of the major job search engines like Google, Craig's List and Career Builder.

Snagajob.com is also a good site to help find part-time positions leaning toward entry level positions.

The Job Search Column at About.com has a wealth of very good tips to help you find a job.

Job Search Log is an excellent web application to help organize your job search efforts, save your favorite searches and use the Cover Letter Wizard to create Cover Letter Templates to make the best use of your limited time to search for jobs.

  3. To better help, I advise you re post with what type of job you are looking for; hours; preferred pay scale, etc.  Sorry, but I could tell you a job is open for a dishwasher, but you may be looking for a job in the pharm industry.
