Job application form (education)...?

Question

on a job application form i am currently filling in, under the education part it has like a box with subjects in on column and qualification in the other

in the qualification part do i put in my grade or the qualification i actually achieved from this subject (AS or A2)

List all the courses and grades if occurs relates to the major in which you completed.

You have to put BOTH.

Subject and level in the 1st column - grade/result in the 2nd column!
