Question:

Job application from school help?

Last year I was a sophomore and I got called up to the office to take an internship at Washington Mutual bank. I filled out the applications, and it said you need to be at least 16 to work for it, and it will start in my junior year.

Well I turned in the applications, it said to turn in a resume but I asked the lady and she said "these papers are fine", so no resume.

My junior year began two days ago, but I'm not 16 until early september. I have heard nothing from the office since I turned my stuff in. I asked them last year if I do anything else to sign up, they said no.

So what now? Do i just wait for them to call my cell phone or call me up to the office? Or did i get rejected?

  1. I think it's always good to follow up with a phone call. It really wouldn't kill you to ask, plus it shows you're really interested and stuff. It's better than sitting around waiting for an answer.
