    The next particularly significant group of occupational provisions are those restricting the work of 14- and 15-year-olds. The first rule to note is that whatever is not specifically prohibited is, in fact, a lawful work activity for this age group. There is, however, also a list of work activities that are explicitly permitted, although usually with some limitations, and always limited to their performance of such activities in retail, food service, or gasoline service establishments. If they are performed at another type of business, they are not permitted for 14- and 15-year-olds.   2. Legally your too young. In other words empoyers cannot report the income they pay in check form to you to the IRS as you do not meet the age requirement.

    Your best bet is to get creative and earn for yourself. Mowing lawns, leaf removal, gutter clean, pet walking, house watching, babysitting ect....

    If you live in an area where there are alot of forclosure houses look for the for sale sign and call the realtor and ask if you can mow the lawn weekly for a certain amount $$.
