Job for my teen?

I need to know in the state of Co what is the min working with or without a work permitt?

I have a lot of relatives across the US and a lot of grocery stores have 15 as their limit. That's where I worked when I was that age. Hated it, but at 15, you couldn't be picky.

Federal law is 16 as the youngest for most non farm jobs.I know it's summer time,so check with Colorado Dept. of Labor. for a permit to allow minors to work.
