I recently learned from a HR manager that most HR departments search for & look at these regularly now when considering an applicant ... and some people do not get hired only because of what they have posted on their pages alone. He suggests: keep them clean, or do not have them set 'public', or do not have one at all. Thought some of you may appreciate this advice!

  1. myspace is better

  2. woahh .  thats scary .

  3. i mean of course!

  4. Yeah.. I've heard a lot of people doing that now as well. Ouch. Has got to be rough for the people trying to get higher up jobs and not being able to because they have a Mary Jane sticker on their MySpace.

  5. Yes, I am looking for a new job in 2008 and planned on setting mine to private.  The comments that my friends leave are atrocious from an HR perspective.  I don't think that it's really playing fair either.  What does my personal life and likes have to do with my work ethic and capabilities that an interview and resume couldn't answer better?

  6. Thanks for the advice. d**n! They ain't gotta pry into our personal business like that.

  7. yes i know but since i'm considering becoming an officer of some sort i figure i better take my youtube video down. my nipples were showing yes it was on purpose lol.

I took it down last night.

now i'll make all new fake account with fake zipcodes so i can do what i want. all in fun

My 360 page will always be clean but myspace and youtube.....
